I’m George Cook II, an IT Support Specialist with a passion for solving problems and helping people get the most out of their technology. With over two years of hands-on experience, I’ve built a strong foundation in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues across Windows, and Mac environments. I enjoy digging into challenges, whether it’s resolving system errors, configuring devices, or streamlining workflows to keep operations running smoothly.
Along with my technical background, I bring strong customer service and communication skills, developed through years of end-user support and client-facing work. I’ve worked with tools like ServiceNow, Salesforce CRM, Wireshark, and a variety of ticketing systems to deliver reliable solutions and maintain high user satisfaction. I also run my own projects, including building websites and maintaining a home lab where I experiment with firewalls, servers, and security tools to stay sharp and keep learning.
With a Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity & Information Technology at Western Governors University, I’m expanding my knowledge in cloud systems, AI, and emerging technologies. I also hold certifications including CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, CYSA+, and ITIL 4, which reflect both my technical expertise and my commitment to continuous growth in IT and cybersecurity.
